That NY Burger sign graffiti may be referring to the beat up narrow sidewalk, and the shanty of an enclosed "sidewalk cafe". That corner is known as a cursed location around here. There have been at least a dozen restaurants to open and close within a year in that spot. If NY Burger wants to break the curse, they should tear down that enclosure and just put tables out like Don Giovanni and the Empire (RIP) have been doing successfully for decades.
